Returns: If you are unsatisfied with the product or have an issue with your delivery then simply email us at

Damaged goods: If the product is damaged or faulty then please do contact us via email : And we’ll have a replacement product issued to you free of charge. Before we can issue you with a replacement, we kindly ask that you send us proof of the damaged/faulty product (We’ll cover the cost of returning the faulty product as well).

14 day guarantee: If for any reason you change your mind and want a refund, you have 14 days to return the product back to us in the exact same condition you received the product. Bear in mind that the cost of returning the product is your own responsibility. You also have your statutory rights where the product is not as described, or fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
