Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup – Almond Milk
1 Tbsp – Hot Water
1 Tsp – Maple Syrup

Method:

  1. Sift your 1-2 tsps of matcha into a bowl along with maple syrup and hot water.
  2. Using a Chasen (Whisk), whisk contents of the bowl into a paste – Make sure there's no lumpy bits.
  3. Now using the Chasen, whisk up some heated almond milk, until frothy.
  4. Finally, add the frothy almond milk to the sweetened matcha paste and enjoy!


    If you want a stronger taste, try sprinkling some matcha on the top of your latte.
