Matcha Latte

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup – Almond Milk
1 Tbsp – Hot Water
1 Tsp – Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp – Hot Water
1 Tsp – Maple Syrup
Method:
- Sift your 1-2 tsps of matcha into a bowl along with maple syrup and hot water.
- Using a Chasen (Whisk), whisk contents of the bowl into a paste – Make sure there's no lumpy bits.
- Now using the Chasen, whisk up some heated almond milk, until frothy.
- Finally, add the frothy almond milk to the sweetened matcha paste and enjoy!
If you want a stronger taste, try sprinkling some matcha on the top of your latte.
